Has anybody had any problems with the new rules which finally had to be followed form the 01st July 2009.

The changes are quite widespread and although more information is required the fact that it inly has to be in the drivers language must surely outweigh the issues.

I am curious how others are finding it as we have had a few problems with shippers not understanding their has even been a change.
