Incoterms 2010

Freightaid have put together a little chart showing the latest INCOTERMS as published for 2011.  Called Incoterms 2010 these are the latest trading terms issued and give a simple but comprehensive chart of who is responsible for what.   Incoterms 2010 , 

Anybody involved in international trade needs to understand the terms of sale and the most common terms used are Incoterms.  Recognised all over the world and by all leading banks and finance institutions.  This latest incarnation has looked to simplify the terms of sale and put terms back to cover specific modes of transport.  Sea and Inland Waterway terms differ from the Any transport terms but FOB, CFR & CIF have been adopted to cover all types of movement.  Incoterms 2010 hopes to remove the ambiguity and put back those incoterms to cover just that.
